Places are sold on a first come first served basis and full payment is required to reserve your place. Please dress sensibly to work with flowers and materials and for outdoor events, if the weather is cold please dress warmly. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on any flower workshops due to planning and the pre-ordering of materials for sessions.
We reserve the right to cancel any workshops or adjust the timetable depending on demand. Obviously, we will try not to change or cancel workshops, but you will understand there is a minimum number required to make a workshop sustainable. In the unlikely event of this happening, we will refund you the full cost of the class booked or offer you the option for a rescheduled date.
Private workshops are available so if you are looking for something special to do for a Hen Party, Birthday or just some fun with friends or work colleagues, please get in touch to discuss a tailored event for you. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and the outstanding balance is to be paid one month before the class, or payment is due in full if the event is less than one month away. We do understand that plans change, and we can accommodate these changes up to 30 days before your booking.

We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service, we always work with the most beautiful fresh flowers bought bespoke for each customer’s order. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please get in contact with us via email so we can find a suitable solution.
